We are looking to recruit a fluent English/French speaking sales co-ordinator to contribute to the achievements of sales targets by supporting sales within the company, co-ordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator’s responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, co-ordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties and promoting customer satisfaction
Obtaining quotes and agreeing pricing
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements
Ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
Liaising with customers via telephone and email
Answering customer queries
Ensuring orders are delivered within ETA times
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently
Maintaining filing systems and reports and provide financial information to management and finance
Experience as a sales co-ordinator and administration
Excellent communication sales skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines.
2 or more years in a similar role.
