ACCOUNT MANAGER: Pipe In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for paying customers, ensuring client satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor for their needs, as well as manage product adoption and usage, driving customer satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for contract renewals, upsell new features or upgrades, and cross-sell additional services. You will also work closely with internal teams (Support, Engineering, Partners and Customer Success) to ensure the client experience is seamless and feedback is communicated effectively, as well as to align resources with customer strategy and business needs.
