CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER - INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION: Voice Integrated Products Ltd. We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide responsive and highly proficient support for Netcalls Intelligent Automation and low-code solutions. As a member of the Customer Service function, the role is part of a virtual Service Desk and responsible for being the first line of contact for triaging and progressing customer incidents, problems and service requests from report to resolution.
