EMOTIONAL LITERACY SUPPORT ASSISTANT (ELSA): Innsworth Junior School Children can be referred for ELSA support either by parent request, the school SENCo, senior leaders or class teacher. The need is discussed with the referrer and the ELSA will plan for the appropriate support. This may include developing new skills and coping strategies.
