ACCOMMODATION SUPPORT WORKER: Encompass Southwest
Encompass Southwest is seeking a dedicated Accommodation Support Worker with training in and/or lived experience of addiction, mental health challenges, or other relevant personal experiences. This role focuses on supporting individuals with complex needs, enabling tenancy sustainment, and providing person-centred, trauma-informed care to help service users achieve stability and independence in their accommodation. You will play a key role in removing barriers to support service users to live independent, happy, and healthy lives.
