The Account Manager (Panel) is responsible for addressing clients concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise whilst protecting the revenue generated through the residential conveyancing instructions received from TRMWs Key Accounts. The Account Manager (Panel) needs to understand Panel SLAs and pricing structures and be able to positively manage the client relationship when necessary, in order to maximise revenue generation. They will need to train and monitor the implementation of fees and panel SLAs by fee earners, including consultants within the residential property department..
