ACTIVITY SUPPORT WORKER: Val
As an Activity Support Worker , you will play a key role in supporting members during our group sessions and outings. You will encourage members to chat to each other and provide one-to one support, and assist with organising and leading activities. Additionally, you will help with organising and overseeing the Thursday trips to ensure that all members are safe, supported, and enjoy their time out. You will also be working closely with our dedicated team of volunteers to ensure activities run smoothly, and volunteers are supported in their roles. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a real impact on the lives of older people, helping them feel connected and valued.
