ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR (PQS): Hadland Manning Bullock & Partners Ltd
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Surveyor to assist in all aspects of pre-contract and post-contract duties. You should have experience in Cost Planning, Tender Documentation preparation, production of Pricing Documents (Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Work and Contract Sum Analysis) and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel. You will be expected to meet and discuss projects with Clients, so it is essential that you have good communication skills and are highly personable.
