Attendance Officer: L.E.A.D. Academy Trust
This role involves supporting the Senior Attendance Officer in raising school attendance levels and punctuality. You will engage with pupils and their families to promote the importance of education, address severe and persistent absences, and assist students with EBSA in reintegrating into school. Responsibilities include following up on truancy, maintaining accurate attendance records, and liaising with external organisations to improve student inclusion and behavior.
