BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER: Reach Cambridge Ltd
As Admissions & Operations Coordinator you will provide a range of interesting and important administrative and customer service duties for members of the companys management team. You will oversee the administration of new and existing student applications, through our CRM system and other communication channels. You will have a direct impact on converting applicants through excellent customer service and communication and help resolve admission enquiries as they arise. In addition, you will help prepare for our summer programs, including support with logistics, seasonal staff recruitment and other HR requirements.
