CHALET HOTEL COMMIS CHEF: Ski Famille
Guided by our Head Chef and Sous Chefs, our Commis Chef assists with the delivery of high-quality meals to all our hotel guests. In this junior role, you will be working with a team of senior chefs as well as chefs de partie and kitchen porters. We work with high quality suppliers and we expect you to help manage our stocks by ensuring all produce is rotated, labelled and stored correctly as well as delivering food to the standard required. As a team, we strive to exceed all guests’ culinary expectations. Ski Famille guests look forward to returning from a day on the slopes to a well-presented homemade meal; the skills of yourself and your catering team can make their holiday.
