At TIME, the Client Services Department is at the heart of the organisation and supports the day-to-day running of the business as well as acting as the front line of support for our clients. Our clients include financial advisers, retail investors, nominees, banks and HNW individuals. As a small but rapidly growing Investment Manager, the teams responsibilities are wide ranging, covering post- sales client support as well as a number of different operational procedures. The team is known for providing exemplary customer service to its clients and seamless operational support to the business.
