Managing customers and incidents during events at Stadium MK or Milton Keynes Dons Sports and Education Trust external locations. Control entry / exit and movement of people at events and during rigging and de-rigging allocated shifts. Monitor spectators and deal with crowd problems (including managing conflict). Support the work of the safety and security team and Stadium MK with incidents and emergencies.
