COMMUNITY HEALTH ENGAGEMENT WORKER: Val
We are looking for an enthusiastic, engaging and creative person who can join our Better Together team to deliver activities, outreach and groups that aim to reduce health inequalities in some of the most deprived areas of West Leeds. You will join our team of community engagement workers and be committed to improving peoples wellbeing by bringing people together and developing groups e.g. arts and crafts, jobs clubs, health/ exercise groups, environmental initiatives. A key part of the role is embedding health promotion messages into groups and outreach activities to key messages to people who may be isolated.
