Following the approval of a 10 year investment plan in events that includes a mix of self produced events, community events and commercial events, Newcastle City Council is looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced Creative Programme Manager to lead on the production of 2 key self developed events, Novum Newcastle Summer Festival and a Winter Festival, while supporting the growth of other events in the city.
