CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER: TYNETEC
We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated Technical Helpdesk Leader to join out technical support team. Provide and lead the support desk team in delivery technical support for the companys range of connected care, grouped living and nurse call systems. As a leader, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical support to all customers and the companys field-based engineers queries, assessing team performance, and constant improving customer services with the support of management. It is a highly visible post at the forefront of our ever-growing technical division, being part of a strong team working with all AL & HC disciplines, supporting both the internal engineers and external customers.
