ENHANCED CARE SUPPORT WORKER: Midlands And Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit
As an Enhanced Care Support Worker, you will be an integral part of the Enhanced Care Team, delivering 1:1 enhanced therapeutic care, personal support, and supervision to meet the additional physical and psychological wellbeing of patient.
