Sales Coordinator Role:
A Sales Coordinator, or Sales Manager, manages the sales of products to consumers. Primary duties include hiring and training sales staff, setting sales goals and creating sales strategies to attract more customers.
Other Duties:
- Managing and coordinating the activities of the sales team
- Planning sales drives and scheduling other team events
- Creating and reviewing sales reports
- Managing and updating sales presentation materials including brochures, sales decks and posters
- Offering after-sales support to customers
- Preparing quotes for potential customers and processing order requests
- Keeping customers updated with relevant product information
- Monitoring the sales teams progress and conducting periodic appraisals
