EXPORT SALES SUPPORT (SPANISH SPEAKING): Designers Guild
ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Head of Sales on managing Agents & Distributors Manage sample requests and quotations Assist customers with product selection and enquiries (fabric, wallpaper, and related items) Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries Support & Coordinate Customer Services with administrative and sales tasks Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and collection launches Support the organisation of trade shows, client visits, and marketing activities Prepare Sales documents like Sales Agendas, Sales offers and coordinate monthly and quarterly reports.
