FABRICATION PRODUCTION MANAGER: Mandarin Stone
The main purpose of this role as Fabrication Production Manager will be taking responsibility for overseeing the fabrication of stone and porcelain products, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will combine technical expertise in stone and porcelain materials with strong leadership, developing effective production systems, mentoring staff and continually improving processes. You will also provide guidance and support to the wider team, ensuring Health & Safety compliance and upholding Mandarin Stones reputation for craftsmanship and service.
