FACILITIES MANAGER: Kiplinhall
Kiplin Hall is seeking an organised person with experience of managing facilities, repairs, health and safety, compliance and risk assessment to join our team. The role will combine the responsibility of looking after the Grade 1 listed Kiplin Hall, the Grade 2 listed ancillary buildings and the rental properties owned by the CIO. It also covers health and safety and policy provision to ensure that the operations are safe and compliant with appropriate legislation. Working to the Director, it will cover planning for regular maintenance and works, dealing with arising emergency works, supporting with caring for our estate, ensuring policies and procedures are in place and that health and safety information is maintained and up to date.
