FAMILY SUPPORT TEAM LEADER: Daisy Chain Respite Centre
Supported by the Family Services Project Manager the post holder will work within a small team to provide bespoke support, guidance and strategies to families whose child has a neurodevelopmental difference, whether diagnosed or not. The post holder must be willing to travel and work flexibly to meet the needs of the families who will access the service.
