Fast Fit Technician: Protyre
Reporting to the Centre Manager (or Assistant Centre Manager as appropriate) you will take responsibility for tyre fitting, tyre repairs and fitting of brakes, exhausts and batteries. Assisting with the completion of tyre fitting and repairs, fitting of exhausts and batteries on a variety of cars and light vehicles in compliance with company procedure and Health & Safety regulations. You will ensure the work is carried out to a high standard in line with our customer journey and for portraying a professional image at all times.

IT Technician Role:
An IT Technician, or IT Support Technician, maintains the computer and network systems of the organisation. Duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.
Other Duties:
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
