FREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT: Stena Line Ltd
An opportunity has arisen for a Freight Customer Service Agent to join our exciting and dynamic Freight Customer Service team in Belfast. Reporting to the Freight Reservations & CST Manager assisting with the efficient processing of all freight bookings and enquiries and the development and maintenance of strong customer relationships. Working a 37 hour week on an 9 week rolling roster covering Monday Sunday, shift times ranging between 07:30am to 22:00pm.
