HEAD CHEF: Portmeirion Hotel
The Town Hall Cafe is situated in the heart of the village and offers freshly prepared hot and cold dishes, fresh sandwiches, baguettes, pizzas and salads. We now seek a Head Chef with a passion for high food standards and a flair for menu planning and who will also lead, train and develop a small team of chefs. Although this is mainly a daytime role, some evening cover is required to cater for functions taking place in the adjoining Hercules Hall.
