This service is a medium to low support project where residents are provided support and intervention to improve tenancy sustainment skills. Through a trauma informed and strength-based approach you will move residents toward permanent accommodation ensuring any wrap around support necessary has been put in place. This may include working with mental health, substance misuse, debt service to name a few.
