HR ADVISOR: Trent College Limited
We are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join our friendly and busy HR team. This is a varied role and will involve advising on employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and flexible working requests. You will play a key role in the recruitment and selection of staff, as well as supporting our absence process, and dealing with general queries.
