Property Consultant Role:
A Real Estate Sales Consultant, or Property Consultant, provides clients with assistance throughout the buying and selling process of properties. Duties include providing lease management services, performing market analysis and helping clients find the best properties to invest in.
Other Duties:
- Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
- Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal
- Assessing a clients property needs
- Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest
- Analysing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients
- Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions
- Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the clients properties
