EDI reduces the manual workload between us and our suppliers and automates purchase orders, ASNs and invoices. It also enables to have a relationship with different vendors as some vendors only support ordering via EDI and do not accept manual orders. Intercept-400 makes our entire life easier by automating a lot of manual processes. Without Intercept-400 we would have to manually trade with many vendors and some of these vendors do not support manual orders which would cause us to be unable to order from these vendors. We have been a long term user of Intercept-400 and have been very happy with it. It solves many challenges and issues for us by enabling automation for our business.
