In the role of IT Support Technician , you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of national and international projects and programmes across G3 Systems operations. Your primary responsibilities will include providing first-line (Level 1) IT support to staff throughout the organisation. This will involve assisting with new starter and leaver processes, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user account issues, and ensuring the seamless and timely achievement of key service level agreements.
