The successful applicant needs to have strong leaderships skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate and develop a team, be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen, whilst maintaining attention to detail, as well as having excellent food presentation skills, plus a knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, together with good organisation skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in a similar environment working with fish and seafood, plus a HNC level qualification or experience would be beneficial.
