We are looking for an experienced, skilled and highly organised SOUS CHEF to assist with the day to day running of our busy KITCHEN TEAM, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and service. Key responsibilities will be to assist the Head Chef with all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking and presentation; assisting with the supervision and training of the Kitchen Team, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards; helping to oversee inventory management, including stock ordering and rotation, managing cost control measures to optimise profitability; plus deputising in the Head Chef’s absence, including organising staff rotas to ensure efficient staffing levels.
