What began as a grassroots response to injustice has grown into the UKs leading independent drugs charity, dedicated to advancing social justice and harm reduction. For nearly six decades, we have provided free, expert legal advice and representation to thousands of people, while campaigning for evidence-based drug policy and systemic reform.
