The London Borough of Harrow’s Adult Social Care division is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) Senior Practitioner to join our dynamic Reablement Team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert clinical supervision, support, and guidance to Occupational Therapists, OT Assistants, and Trusted Assessors within the reablement pathway. Your focus will be on delivering short-term, goal-oriented interventions that empower residents to regain their skills and independence following a period of illness or hospital discharge.
