Original Document Management Assistants form part of the Document Services Department based in Peterborough. An extension of the central mailroom team, ODM is key to the firm operating paperless offices. ODM Assistant is responsible for referencing, organising and filing original hard copy documents for central storage and actioning tickets via the LSO Helpdesk or email to complete relevant tasks involving hard copy original documents such as Transfers and Contracts. This role will also include general administrative tasks such as processing and scanning post.
