Based at our Plant yard in Small Dole. Responsible for improving coordination and consistency across our plant operations. This includes overseeing the flow of activity across delivery, movement, servicing, hire, and stores functions. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the role ensures that day to day operations run efficiently, reliably, and with minimal friction. This is a hands on, connective role – supporting team activity, aligning priorities, and acting as a key liaison where departmental responsibilities overlap. From driving clearer communication to unblocking bottlenecks, the Plant Operations Lead plays a crucial part in keeping the department moving while enabling longer term improvements to take shape.
