PROJECT MANAGER: The Hurlingham Club
The Masterplan Team work directly within the Club structure to facilitate and manage the Masterplan Projects. As a small internal team, it focuses on the integration of project requirements between the external consultant teams and the Clubs stakeholder groups. Working side by side the Estates team the Masterplan Team also co-ordinate requirements with many of the Member groups and committees, progressing projects from feasibility stages, through brief development, design, construction and through to post occupancy evaluation.
