Undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the Lender Services Property Litigation Department. Handle mortgage repossession and landlord and tenant possession claims for a range of mortgage lenders and LPA Receivers. Being able to support the continued development and success of the firm in line with its business plan.
