PROPERTY SUPPORT OFFICER: The Point Design
Warrington is one of the most successful towns in the country, regularly being ranked as one of the best places in the UK for economic performance and quality of life for its residents. The Council holds a significant and diverse corporate and commercial property portfolio, with assets spanning across the Borough. The Property and Estates team is responsible for undertaking an efficient and effective estates management service, providing support and professional property advice to the wider departments and key senior stakeholders. The team is looking to recruit a Property Support Officer to assist in providing this exciting and diverse service.
