The Regional Director role will form an integral part of the Relationship Broking Divisional Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Divisional Managing Director. As a Regional Director you will be accountable for circa 70-150 people and be responsible for the creation of the regional strategy, delivery of the P&L budget and management of distributed business within your Region of Yorkshire and the Northwest England , to drive new business and retention and delivery against income and expenditure targets.
