RESIDENTIAL CARE WORKER: The Watch Repair Co
The post is a 30-hour permanent contract, and the hours will be worked to cover a twenty-four hour, seven day a week service. This will include early shifts, evenings, weekends and school holidays to meet the needs of the service. Sleeping In duties will be necessary as part of the role as well as working bank holidays and unsociable hours. You will receive a sleep-in supplement to your pay and enhancements to your hourly rate to cover weekends and past 7pm on weekdays.
