RESOURCE MANAGER: 387 Consultancy Ltd
As Resource Manager, you will be responsible for building and embedding a proactive, data driven resourcing function that supports Enfuse Groups next stage of growth. You will act as the central link between Sector & Capability Leads, the People Team and the Finance & Operations Team to ensure the effective allocation, forecasting, development, and optimisation of our consulting workforce. This role is critical to ensuring we have the right skills, at the right time, to deliver our planned growth and maintain our gross margin targets.
