REUSE SHOP ASSISTANT MANAGER: Cynthia Spencer Hospice
As we launch an exciting new chapter in our retail journey, were looking for passionate individuals to help bring it to life. As part of our expanding team, youll play a key role in shaping the customer experience at our new Reuse Shop. Youll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shop, leading and managing a dedicated team. This includes meeting budget and sales targets, pricing, organising and presenting donated goods, managing data and producing sales reports, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring health and safety standards are upheld.
