Applications are invited from commited and experienced Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses to join the Therapy & Enabling (Day Service) and Short Breaks team as Band 6 Deputy Manager within the Adult Learning Disabilites Service on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands . Short Breaks and Emergency care provides 24/7 support within 3 self-contained respite flats for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and autism. Therapy and Enabling including a drop-in service runs Monday to Friday and currently has approximately 40 service users for whom we aim to provide a wide range of structured activities and therapies.
