We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator, to be responsible for the management and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely across the wider Banham Group to ensure that Salesforce meets the organisation’s needs and to support ongoing development and implementation of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Field Services Lightening. You will also be responsible for Banhams case management solution (Zendesk, until this is migrated to Salesforce) and a quote follow up solution (Outreach).
