As a Business Analyst within the Salesforce team in Claranets Group Information Systems department, you will play a crucial role as the interface between the business and the whole Salesforce team. Leveraging your knowledge in Sales Cloud, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) module and the new Revenue Cloud to support the optimisation of our Salesforce platform, you will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, analyse business processes and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
