SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR, LEEDS: Clear Structures Limited
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and driven senior building surveyor who is keen to develop their career. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects and tasks with minimal supervision to ensure the project is delivered within agreed budget and programme and to a high quality. This includes communicating with the client, other consultants and colleagues to ensure a brief is agreed and adhered to in the delivery of projects whilst maintaining a positive client relationship. As part of this role, mentoring of junior members of the team will form part of the day-to-day activities.
