SENIOR IT SUPPORT ENGINEER – UK, LUTTERWORTH: Intercede Group PLC
Intercede is seeking a highly capable Senior IT Support Engineer to join our IT Support team, maintaining the highest levels of system performance for on-site and remote users across our UK and US sites. You’ll provide 3rd line support across infrastructure, cloud and security, act as a technical escalation point, and lead infrastructure projects while adhering to our ISO and Cyber Essentials+ standards. You’ll bring 5+ years’ hands-on experience across Microsoft and networking technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and a full UK driving licence.
