Were seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead growth and engagement across our UK and US territories. In this leadership position, youll work closely with the co-founding team to scale the business, develop and execute innovative campaigns, and secure international media coverage. Youll own end-to-end content creationfrom ideation to distributionensuring every asset resonates with both mainstream and targeted audiences. As a true generalist, youll manage a small team (Content Creator, Lead Qualification Manager), coordinate with external web-development and advertising contractors, and collaborate across departments to amplify the Hero Arms impact.
