SERVICE ADVISOR: Platinum Nissan (Box)
The successful candidate would need to be experienced in Aftersales and be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Very strong organisational and selling skills along with knowledge of CDK systems would be advantageous. You would be a valued member of an experienced Aftersales team responsible for booking work in and over-seeing vehicle repairs/servicing through the workshop, while maintaining regular customer contact to update/book and up-sell on future work.
